- Independent Specialist: Nilin Boats is an independent tuning provider. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by BRP, Can-Am, Suzuki, or any other Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
- Warranty & Liability: Reflashing your ECM may void the factory warranty. Nilin Boats is not responsible for any warranty claims denied by the manufacturer or dealership. The Customer assumes all liability for engine longevity and mechanical wear.
- Compliance: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that this modification meets local emission and safety regulations in their specific jurisdiction.
- Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of software modifications, this service is a custom calibration performed at the specific request of the Customer and all sales are final.
