It’s simple! First, fill out the “Contact Us” form to get a repair ticket. Then, pack your unit securely and ship it to our workshop in China. We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or UPS with tracking. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and send you a quote.
What is the turnaround time for repairs?
Standard repairs typically take 3-5 business days after we receive your unit. For complex board-level repairs or waiting for specific parts, it might take a bit longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! We stand by our work. All repairs come with a 3-month warranty covering the specific work performed and parts replaced. If the same issue reoccurs, we will fix it for free.
What if my unit cannot be fixed?
We have a “No Fix, No Fee” policy for most standard repairs. If we determine your unit is beyond repair, you only pay for the return shipping.
