At NILIN BOATS, we are committed to providing high-quality marine electronics repair services and products. Due to the specialized nature of electronic components and repair services, our policy distinguishes between physical products and service labor.
1. Return Period Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items and services are strictly non-refundable:
• Service Labor & Diagnostics: Fees paid for diagnostic services, repair labor, or troubleshooting are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
• Digital Products: Downloadable software, unlocking codes, or BUDS licenses.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made wire harnesses or ECUs that have been specifically programmed/flashed to your VIN number (unless defective).
3. Returns for Physical Products To be eligible for a return on physical parts (e.g., new ECUs, clusters, sensors):
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Items showing obvious signs of installation, electrical shorting due to improper installation, or water damage caused by the user cannot be returned.
4. Defective Items & Warranty (RMA) If you believe a product you purchased or a unit we repaired is defective:
• Please contact us immediately to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• We will inspect the returned item. If it is found to be defective due to our workmanship or a manufacturing fault, we will repair or exchange the item for you free of charge.
• If the damage is found to be caused by the user (e.g., reverse polarity, water submersion), the warranty is void.
5. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Restocking Fee: Non-defective items returned due to customer error (e.g., ordered the wrong part) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at d1149074405@163.com.
7. Shipping Returns To return your product, please mail your product to: Nilin Boats, Shijiewan, No. 118 Gucheng East Road, Chang’an District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China.
• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Tracking: Since you are shipping valuable electronic components (ECUs, Clusters), you must use a trackable shipping service (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
